Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding national and regional holidays in Delhi). You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

Note: For high-demand periods like Diwali or Valentine’s Day, please allow an additional 1-2 days for processing.

2. Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates

We offer various shipping options across India. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can track your shipment through our courier partner's website. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

 

4. Delivery Areas & Restrictions

We ship to all serviceable pincodes across India. If our courier partners do not service your specific location, we will contact you to find an alternative or issue a full refund.

  • Shipments to the North-East and remote areas are now offered by us based on the chosen delivery partners.

5. Damages & Issues

Ratmin is liable for any products damaged or lost during transit. If you receive your order damaged, please contact us at our email within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the product. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

6. Returns & Exchanges

For information on how to return your jewelry, please refer to our Refund Policy. Under Indian law, if a delivery is significantly delayed beyond the stated schedule (except for force majeure events), you may be entitled to a refund.
